These codes:

  • Are typically billed by clinical labs or qualified healthcare providers, not third-party couriers.

  • Must be linked to a covered lab service (like a blood test) and be medically necessary.

  • May apply when specimens are collected outside a clinical setting (e.g., patient’s home).

While we don’t bill insurance, Capoise Medswift provides the secure, compliant transport that enables providers to complete and bill for these services efficiently. We’re happy to coordinate logistics to support your billing workflows.
